Our warranty period is 30 days. Unfortunately, we don't provide refunds or exchanges after 30 days have passed since the purchase.
The item must be brand new and in the same condition, the client had received it to be eligible for a return. Additionally, the product must be in its original packing.
We need a receipt or other evidence of purchase to process the return.
In some circumstances, we permit only partial returns (if applicable). The circumstances are:
We will send an email to confirm receipt of the returned item after it has been received and examined. The approval or denial of the refund will also be communicated to the client.
If accepted, the refund will be processed within 7-10 working days, and the amount will be automatically credited to the customer's credit card or original mode of payment.
